Codiovan valsartan hydrochlorothiazide 160/12.5mg 30tabs

Oral. The recommended dose of valsartan / hydrochlorothiazide is coated tablet daily. Where relevant, from a clinical point of view, doses of 80 mg of valsartan can be used and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg or 160 mg of valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg, or 320 mg of valsartan and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide. If necessary, the dose of 160 mg valsartan and can be used or 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide and 320 mg valsartan 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide. The maximum antihypertensive effect is seen within 2-4 weeks. No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild to moderate impairment of renal function (creatinine clearance 30 ml / min). No dose adjustments in patients with mild to moderate non-biliary origin and without cholestasis (see WARNINGS) are required. Not established the safety and efficacy of valsartan / hydrochlorothiazide in children. INDICATIONS: Treatment of hypertension. Valsartan / hydrochlorothiazide is indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy.
